HOT FORGED PARTS

We are capable to produce closed die forging in all metals covering large range of weight and dimensions . Our advanced manufacturing processes from Induction heating to inhouse heat treatment can blend all strength and precision in forged part you are looking for.
We have modern machine shop with Vertical Machining Centers from Brother Japan , Turning Centers , Broaching , Grinding etc . All these state of art machines are backed up with inspection facilities like Zeiss CMM , Contour Inspection etc .
We are not only forging and machining parts but also making final assembly of parts which involves other standard parts , plastic and rubber. We have more than 5 years experience to manage assemblies with big BOM for European Market .
One of our key strength is our inhouse heat treatment where we are able to process parts as per critical customer requirements . We also offer all type of post production coating like Zinc Plating , KTL Coating , Powder Coating , Zinc Flake Coating etc .
