Responsible Manufacturing for a Sustainable Future
At Metalic Technoforge Limited, sustainability is integrated into the way we manufacture, invest and grow. We focus on improving energy efficiency, increasing renewable energy use, reducing emissions, conserving water, promoting circular resource use, protecting our people and strengthening responsible business practices across our value chain.
Our approach combines operational excellence with environmental and social responsibility, helping us build a more resilient, efficient and future-ready manufacturing business.
Cleaner Energy. Smarter Processes. Lower Impact.
MTF is actively improving the environmental performance of its operations through renewable energy, process electrification, water conservation, waste recovery and more efficient use of resources. These initiatives are designed to reduce emissions, improve operational efficiency and support long-term responsible manufacturing.
Renewable Energy
A 1 MW on-site solar power plant generated 1,028.94 MWh of renewable electricity during FY 2024-25, contributing 46.41% of total electricity consumption.
Energy Efficiency & Decarbonisation
MTF replaced conventional oil-fired billet heating with high-efficiency induction heating, reducing furnace-oil consumption by approximately 96% year-on-year while improving thermal efficiency to over 90%.
Water Stewardship
Closed-loop cooling systems, rainwater harvesting and internal water reuse support MTF’s commitment to responsible water management and maintaining 100% process-water recycling.
Waste & Circularity
Steel scrap, machining swarf, oils, packaging and other waste streams are segregated and routed through recycling, reuse or authorised recovery channels, supporting a circular manufacturing approach.
Empowering People. Protecting Lives. Strengthening Communities.
At Metalic Technoforge Limited, people are central to sustainable growth. We are committed to providing a safe, fair and supportive workplace while building employee capabilities, promoting inclusion and contributing positively to the communities around our operations.

Progress Today. Lower-Carbon Manufacturing Tomorrow.
MTF’s sustainability journey is guided by measurable long-term commitments across energy, emissions, resource efficiency, people and governance. Building on the progress achieved in FY 2024-25, the Company is working toward deeper decarbonisation, greater renewable-energy adoption and stronger ESG performance across its operations and value chain.
MTF is targeting renewable electricity to account for at least 75% of total electricity consumption by FY 2029-30.
The Company aims to transition to 100% renewable electricity by FY 2034-35 through additional solar capacity, captive renewable energy and/or corporate PPAs.
MTF has set a long-term ambition to achieve net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by FY 2049-50, supported by electrification, energy efficiency, renewable electricity and future low-carbon technologies.
