THE DESIGN FACILITY :


  1. State-of-the-art CAD / CAM / CAE infrastructure for 3D modeling, NC tool path generation and FEA analysis to accelerate response time in developing new parts.

  2. Metal flow simulation software "DEFORM" & "FORGE " for virtual manufacturing and a specialized perform design software for design optimization and process validation to develop new parts right the first time.

  3. High-end CAM software, like "WORKNC", "UG-NX" for generating NC tool paths for high-speed die cutting and "NC SPEED" for tool path optimization to reduce turnaround time in die manufacturing.

VALUE ANALYSIS AND VALUE ENGINEERING (VAVE) :

Metalic TechnoForge executes Value analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) projects based on customer needs as well as self-initiation using state-of-the-art technologies under one umbrella. VAVE projects have resulted in components with higher strength to weight ratio which is validated for different acceptance criterion using in-house developed balancing software, Finite Element Analysis Methodology and Physical testing.

LIGHT WEIGHTING :

Greater emphasis of system approach towards light weighting of automotive components through optimizing design, characterization of material properties, wider variety of manufacturing process & use of CAE techniques. This has resulted into lighter, fuel efficient & greener vehicles thus helping us reduce carbon footprints.


PROTO :
